Salary: £27,500 - £32,500 + uncapped commission with no threshold

You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle internally, from sourcing and attracting candidates, to placing top talent across the organisation. The Role: Talent Acquisition Consultant
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process across the business, ensuring a smooth, high quality candidate journey. You’ll be the key point of contact for hiring managers, promoting TeacherActive as an employer of choice, and ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best talent.
Your role will include:
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from attraction to post offer stage
Promoting TeacherActive’s brand and career opportunities to attract top candidates
Creating engaging job adverts and sourcing talent via LinkedIn, CV databases, and other channels
Conducting telephone interviews and building strong, ongoing relationships with candidates
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver an outstanding recruitment service
Maintaining and managing candidate pipelines for a seamless hiring process
Working closely with the People Team to support smooth onboarding for new hires
Meeting agreed KPIs and targets in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
Contributing to improving internal recruitment processes and practices
